Project Overview

Located at the northeast quadrant of US-75 and Walnut Hill Lane, Texas Health Presbyterian is a major regional healthcare hub. DeShazo Group was engaged to evaluate the campus’s current and future access needs, assess internal traffic conditions, and improve wayfinding for patients, staff, and visitors. The initiative was part of a broader goal to enhance safety, navigation, and efficiency on a high-volume urban hospital campus.

1. Conducted a detailed parking accumulation study to assess peak demand at all existing JPS facilities
2. Evaluated current and future parking needs under the proposed master plan buildout

1. Provided a full traffic impact analysis for the new parking garage and Behavioral Health Hospital
2. Assessed existing roadway conditions and planned improvements to support future traffic volumes
