ProjectLocated at the northeast quadrant of US-75 and Walnut Hill Lane, Texas Health Presbyterian is a major regional healthcare hub. DeShazo Group was engaged to evaluate the campus’s current and future access needs, assess internal traffic conditions, and improve wayfinding for patients, staff, and visitors. The initiative was part of a broader goal to enhance safety, navigation, and efficiency on a high-volume urban hospital campus.

1. Conducted a detailed parking accumulation study to assess peak demand at all existing JPS facilities
2. Evaluated current and future parking needs under the proposed master plan buildout
🧭 Wayfinding & User Experience
1. Provided a full traffic impact analysis for the new parking garage and Behavioral Health Hospital
2. Assessed existing roadway conditions and planned improvements to support future traffic volumes
🛑 Clarity in Motion
1. Evaluated existing curb cuts, entry/exit locations, and internal routing
2. Proposed operational changes to reduce conflict areas and improve throughput
3. Considered future expansion and construction impacts on traffic and wayfinding systems
