DeShazo Group played a critical role in the planning of the 1,250-bed Residential Commons on SMU’s campus, a major student life initiative designed to enhance campus living. Working in collaboration with the university and its design team, DeShazo addressed transportation needs for this high-density development located on a constrained site in the heart of Dallas.
