DeShazo Group was engaged to conduct a detailed Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA) to support a zoning change request for Preston Hollow Village—a major redevelopment of a former 880-unit apartment complex located near US-75 and Walnut Hill Lane in Dallas. The proposed project envisioned a vibrant mixed-use environment consisting of commercial, office, and residential components.
