Project Overview

For the Golden Triangle Boulevard at Old Denton Road Signal Design Project, DeShazo Group delivered complete traffic signal design and engineering services. The project focused on improving safety and traffic circulation at a high-volume intersection, while enhancing pedestrian accessibility and planning for continued growth in the surrounding corridor.

🚦 Signal & Traffic Engineering Plan

1. Designed a new traffic signal system to improve safety and reduce congestion.
2. Added pedestrian-friendly crosswalks and ADA-compliant ramps for safe community access.
3. Developed optimized signal timing and phasing for smoother traffic flow on Golden Triangle Boulevard.
4. Incorporated traffic modeling to account for future traffic demand and growth in the area.
